Made just like in the old days with the knowledge of today. Biodynamic, of course. Accompanied from grape to bottle with low intervention. No fining and no filtering. No sulphur added during maceration, bottled with low sulphur.
Our Gluegglich Rosé is characterized by deeply rooted Austrian grape varieties. Spontaneously, partially fermented with berries, no fining and no filtering. And patiently matured in wood. A dry wine with fresh acidity and vibrance.
Tasting: Shows a silky cherry-red hue with purple reflections. The nose exudes a fine scent of juicy plums. On the palate, a vibrant, racy texture supports the
creamy fruitiness and refreshing acidity. Very dry with subtle notes of raspberry and cran-berry, but is immensely powerful considering the lightfooted alcohol. A blood orange tone comes through on the lingering finish. This is a versatile banquet wine that delivers pure pleasure.
