WINEMAKING AND AGING
To preserve their integrity, grapes are carefully harvested and sorted out by hand. Full clusters. Following the pneumatic press, juices stay in a vat overnight for a cool settling down. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature. Malolactic fermentation is 100%
Aging is 100% realized in stainless steel vats on fine lees during 9 months.
EYES : Beutiful bright yellow.
NOZE : A lot of minerality with white peper notes and a smoky touch.
PALATE : The wine is full and fruity with pineappel aromas. Mineral finish.
